# How to Claim Rewards from Your Fuel Cell Positions

As we mentioned earlier, there are two categories of rewards you can claim from your Fuel Cell positions:

1. **The rewards you earn from your Fuel Cell positions.** You start to earn rewards as soon as your positions are activated and claim them any time.
2. **The penalty fee rewards you can claim from other users’ early withdrawal penalties.** These rewards will accumulate every time a user withdraws early. You can claim them by converting the rewards into a 48-month Fuel Cell position.

**Step 1: Locate the Fuel Cells Page**

Head to the “$H2” tab on the navigation bar and hover on the tab. A dropdown with Fuel Cells will appear. Click on the dropdown and you’ll find the relevant details.

**Step 2: Select the Rewards to Claim**

On the right side of the page, under Earnings Overview are the Claimable Rewards and Penalty Fee Rewards.

**To Claim your Claimable Rewards**, select “Claim Now”  next to the Claimable Rewards and confirm the transaction on your wallet.

**To Claim your Penalty Fee Rewards**, select “Claim Now” next to the Penalty Fee Rewards and confirm the rewards details to convert the rewards into a 48-month Fuel Cell position. You can then immediately withdraw the rewards using Early Withdrawal, or wait until the 48-month matures and claim the full amount.

*Note: The APRs will vary based on Fuel Cell utilization. In general, the earlier and longer you lock your $H2 tokens, the higher the APR. The APR will lower as more tokens are locked across Fuel Cells.*
